The working cowboy is off a on sale ranch in Globe Arizona where I'm from. I captured this moment after a long hard day of branding cattle, where the dogs were just as tired as we were. Praising the cattle dog is a very important part of ranching.

This piece took about a month to draw. After completion... I decided to keep the original pencil drawing for myself.
