OUR POLICY:

1.We are not responsible for any extra costs once a customer has dismissed the need for a Phytosanitary certificate.

2.We are shipping the FULL FORM plant with Spagmoss cover root with best care to make the plant live and strong enough until it delivers

to you. Shipping worldwide via the Dragon Courier (5-7days from shipment date) within 5-7 days after the payment was received.

Shipping Cost : US$75 for first item plus US$10 for each additional items(Include PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE)Shipping plants

internationally: All plants are sent with roots or bare-root; Certain plants may be affected with yellowish or fallen leaves;

This is unavoidable. Normally new leaves will form within 1 month. We do not take responsibility for yellowish or fallen leaves.

One box contain 1-12 items(Depend on plant size also saving your shipping cost)

Multiple purchases are welcome to come by plants on sale in one box.

3.Please check your customs rule regulations, We do not take responsibility in case of Custom Restrictions or goods being confiscated.

4.We are not responsible for your postal or your customs delay destination.

5.In case of a refund, we refund only the plant price not postage; if you do not agree please reconsider before ordering.

Photographic evidence is needed upon receipt of goods – no longer than 1(one) day of receipt of goods – as evidence or proof of damage.

NOTED:

*Please check your weather and custom laws/shipping regulations , we aren't responsible for stop, keep, confiscate, destroy or additional

import duty by custom or weather damage as well as future plants grow.*

**For Customers in the United States, we would like you to send the copy of import permit papers from USDA to us in order that you

purchase for the plant/plant products more than 12 pieces therefore we can give the Phytosanitary Certificate to you. For shipment below

12 pieces of plants doesn't need import permit paper.**


REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

-In case a plant dies on arrival within 15 days after shipping, please send us a photo for approval to request replacement/refund, but not

later than 15 days after shipping.

-For replacement, we will replace the free plant for you excluding shipping cost.

-For refund, we will refund the price of the plant to you excluding shipping cost.

In case of lost package or tracking (over 45 days after). Please check your tracking number on the courier website if the package is still on

delivery or stop at custom, it is out of guarantee refund.

NOTED: This is a Living plant, it will be in a dark box during shipping so it might have imperfections. Please be calm to grow it back and

don't be stressed both yourself and plants.:)

During Winter season, we are well aware that the cold weather would definitely affect and harm to the plants.

Therefore, we do best care of special packing for plant protection to ensure that plants will reach buyer in best conditions.

Within 5 - 7 days to receive your plants with good conditions as high speed delivery.
