This is an art deco trinket box from France approx. 1900's.
On the bottom hand wrote Decore a la main a chantilly France hallmarks and this box is in perfect condition with a clasp that snaps closed securely with fittings perfectly aligned. The metal frame show age related minor color change and stain. No crack, chip or repair. It measures 6" x 6" x 3".
(1 inch = 25.4 mm; 1 dime = 17.9mm).
