- SHIPPING INFO

Since I will be collecting orders each week, I'll need some time to process and print your order – usually not more than 7 days.

I am shipping these items from Austria via the Austrian postal service. The standard shipping option does NOT insure the package, so I'm afraid I cannot be held responsible if the the package gets damaged or lost in the system.

Packages shipped within Austria shouldn't take more than 2-4 days.
Shipping time for international orders can range between 10 – 20 days (even more depending on the target address). Please keep that in mind when on sale you order from me and make sure to order in time if you need it for a special occasion.

I'll do my best to get the art to you as soon as possible, but keep in mind that shipping can be subject to weather and carrier-delays, both of which are out of my control.

- TRACKING

Tracking must be ourchased as a shipping upgarde, otherwise there will be NO TRACKING AVAILABLE for interantional orders.

Please pay attention to your country's CUSTOM laws. Each country has different regulations and different thresholds for when and how much a costumer must pay customs. I cannot be held responsible for any extra fees you pay via the custom laws of your country.
