I believe because of the cracked screen it is causing thr wifi function not to work on the phone. There is also a glitch that flashes from time to time when the brightness is too high. I did a factory recent and cant use anything because I cant connect to the internet. The phone doesnt come with a sims card. Maybe someone can fix the screen and use it, or maybe buy for parts. Things worked before the factory reset, see pictures. I dont know the storage capacity. At&t was the carrier... 65$ on sale obo.
