Hi. This purchase is for paint color renderings of your exact home, which includes the base, trim, accent, and door colors. FAST TURN AROUND TIME. I am rendering for one view of the exterior of your home. If you want extra views, such as the back or side of your home, you can purchase the $75 discounted package for each different view. You may specify colors you would like to try. I will also offer my ideas. I use Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore paint to design the color pallet and you can then color match with any paint brand of your choice. I don't render with only exterior paint colors because the colors can be matched at the paint store to what you need.
It's nice to be able to envision what your home will look like beforehand. We will exchange information back and forth. I on sale will do your first exterior rendering, and then begin tweaks, such as changing the base, trim, accent, or door colors, as I consider your wishes and dislikes. I want you to be completely satisfied. It's very important to keep the lines of communication open. If I do not hear from you within 48 hours from our last communication, I'll assume you are satisfied with the renderings and I will close the purchase.
My renderings are solely for envisioning the basic color concepts. It is best to get actual paint samples to try before you make a final decision because computer monitors vary, as well as lighting.
