VICTORIAN HAND PAINTED Brooch / on sale Pin Lady with Flowers

This brooch was made in the 1800s. It looks to be made of a base metal . The piece measures 1" x 1 1/4" and has a c clasp on the reverse which is typical for that time period. The hand painting which is covered with glass shows a lady stooped forward with on sale a pink and blue dress and flowers in her hand. The pin is in nice condition for it's age.
