Box is still sealed and was never used. Box is dented on the bottom and has two punctures on one side on sale - please see where I point them out. I believe this is from the 1960s. The only manufacturer I see listed is Superior Box Co, Inc. out of Philadelphia. Box says the fireplace measurements are 42" wide x 38" tall x 10" deep. Complete with electric attachment and 3-dimensional logs and andirons. Smoke-free home.
