I believe this pin to be WWII era due to the raised Meyer New York Shield on sale on the back. The bar pin with open clasp also indicates pre-1950. The pin is likely silver - it is non magnetic, but the metal is not marked so I cannot confirm. Please see photos or ask questions prior to purchase.
