Glorious Vintage Feathered Hat Trés Chic on sale 1950s Glam Half Hat

This wonderful whimsical feathered hat is concocted of a glorious array of vibrantly colored feathers. It is one on sale of two hats that I'm featuring on etsy. They are right out of the 1950s, and were the treasured belongings of a seamstress to a designer. She spent weekdays bringing designs to life and treated herself with feathered hats.
