When washing, use cool water with a gentle wool safe detergent making sure to let it air dry.

Size and fit: 8.5 inches tall (from brim to top on sale of hat before pom) by 8.5 inches wide. It's a nice comfortable fit. Not too loose and not too tight for an adult.
