This listing is for a Custom Made Tulle Tutu Skirt with eight layers of tulle. Skirts are made with a 2" Polyester lining covered waistband and zipper. Skirt is fully lined with Polyester lining.
Skirt can be made is just about any color you can imagine...see my other listings for other color examples.
Skirts can be made up to 25.5" long for same price...message me for pricing on longer lengths.
There is an additional $20.00 charge for each additional two layers, over eight layers on sale of tulle.
We can add a sash / bow for $8
