I believe this is from the late 1990s It is hot wheels (so highly collectible) It is called the power express train set and has a super cool infra red remote I don't know much about this item but if you need more info I would be happy to try and help It looks as though on sale it is new in box - still sealed Box has a few issues due to age but nothing major.
