This tooth is a licensed plush toy and was repurposed into a chalk bag or a chalk bucket.
It comes with a black elastic cord and your choice of a stopper (small round piece of plastic that cinches the opening of the chalk bag). There are two black loops in the back to attach to a belt or clip. The inner liner material is white fleece.

It is 8 inches (20 cm) tall from fleece opening to bottom and 5.5 inches (14 cm) wide. Fleece opening circumference is 12 inches (30 cm). Inside fleece depth is about 5.5 inches (14 cm).
The opening is reinforced with webbing on the inside for easy access.
