A very 1940s hat with a mermaid's appeal! This rare find is diminutive like a doll hat with a ruffled brim and two strings of faux pearls. Has ethereal veiling around the crown that ties in a demure bow at the back. Original $5.00 price tag attached from seventy years ago.
