Shipping and Delivery
I try to keep all packaging to a minimum as this reduces shipping costs and is good for the environment. Please see my FAQs for packaging details.

I aim to dispatch all items within 1-3 business days (excluding public Holidays). If I have to order materials in, or you have requested a custom design it dispatch may take slightly longer. I will contact you with an updated Dispatch Estimate.

Within the UK all orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class and should be received within 1 - 2 business days.

International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Standard. This does not on sale include insurance or tracking although this can be added by request. Delivery is usually within 5 - 10 working days, however please allow 1 - 4 weeks for delivery as international shipping can be slower.
