Payment
I currently only accept payment via PayPal.
All items are to be paid within 14 days after purchase, otherwise I will cancel the transaction in question.


Shipping
All my packages are sent from China, via EMS,normally arrive in 2~3 weeks.
Item will be shipped 2-3 work days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

All international shipments are made as registered mail, which includes a tracking number.

Refunds and Exchanges
Buyers may return any purchased item within a 14-day period after receiving the item, for the following reasons:
- Damage during shipment
- Late Delivery (as defined by Etsy's Case System, see below)
- Item not as described

Returning an item for Late Delivery will only be possible if certain conditions are met. These limitation are the same with Etsy's Case system and I find them very reasonable:
- The item(s) were ordered for a specific date or event.
- A deadline was agreed on sale upon by the buyer and seller.
- The item(s) are rendered useless after that date.
