French vintage PIERACCINI on sale chalkware statue, Jesus and Mother Mary statue, Sacred heart ststue

A wonderful and rare French vintage PIERACCINI plaster ststue depicting the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mother Mary.

The statues stand upon a plinth which is marked with the name Pieraccini on one side and on the other there are several words, some of which are not quite legible, as can be seen in the photos.

The statue, because on sale of its age, has some damage including, on the Jesus statue, a missing thumb and a fine crack on one side and there are a couple of small chips on the robe of the Mary statue.
