We are pleased to offer for sale this second issue Ideal Growin' Hair Crissy doll that dates back to 1969. Crissy comes with her original box with orange yarn handle (doll is in excellent plus condition, bow is a bit rough...and on the front illustration, someone gave Crissy more eyeliner, a mustache and beard in black magic marker. Other side is free of those "artistic" additions. Crissy has wonderful coloring with shimmering pink lips, cheek blush, painted lower lashes and curved dark brown eyebrows. Her black sleep eyes open and close easily with long rooted lashes intact. Her body is perfect with all joints secure and no staining to the vinyl. She on sale wears her original orange lace mini dress, orange panties and orange shoes all in excellent condition. Her hair is soft, shiny and works easily. She came in the box with a long matching fall that has a hot pink plastic barrette attached to the end that has her name embossed on it. This easily attaches to the end of her hair to make it even longer. We tried to see how that was marketed but it isn't shown in the two Crissy books we have. We are including it with the set as that's how it came to us. Crissy and her accessories come from a SMOKE FREE home and will be a fun addition to any collection!
