PASTEL CACTUS with pearlescent white spines is an original, graphic, colorful acrylic design painted on canvas (16" x 20")
This beautiful painting is created in tones from yellow, to lime, to teal, to blue to purples. There is a 1" painted dark purple border around the edge of the painting...like a frame.

The shining spikes on the cactus are painted on sale in white pearlescent acrylic. This technique makes the painting "sparkle" in the sun. The dark purple frame makes all the cactus colors pop. This is a striking and bold painting.

When completed, I use an archival, non-yellowing clear finish for protection.
