Product code: On sale Cb radio equipment
This is a Palomar Skipper 300 I believe. It does not turn on. The load knob is loose but all of the other switches seem ok. A rubber foot is missing from the bottom. There is also a bearcat scanner that I don't have a power cable for I will throw in. I do not know if it on sale works or not.
