University of Oregon Stoneware Vase Glaze on sale Test

This mid century style bottle form was a glaze test piece at the University of Oregon, a collaboration between Product Design Program director Trygve Faste & Art Department instructor Jessica Swanson. Measures 9 1/2” tall x 3” wide & weighs approximately 3 lbs.. Opening at the mouth is tight due to the thick glaze & would only accommodate a few flower stems. Bottom is marked “univ OR Faste Swanson test 2” also numbers which I assume pertains to the glaze. This unique stoneware piece is in excellent condition with no chips, nicks, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Will be packaged carefully to ensure on sale a safe arrival.
