SPECIAL - The Rainbow Trout on sale is part of the Eastern Trout series which includes the Brown Trout, Brook Trout and Rainbow Trout. The Eastern Trout series was commissioned by Thomas Ives of Trout Unlimited, in Concord, NH.
Vibrant colors of acrylic artist inks were applied to vellum with technical pens to create the originals using a process called pointillism. Pointillism is a technique of painting in which small, distinct dots of pure color are applied in patterns to form an image.
Carol is a NH based fine art illustrator living in Deerfield, NH and her passion for the outdoors is reflected in her work. Each print is a celebration of FISH, as seen by local fishing men.
Each print is sized for a 24” x 36” matte with a 16” x 28” opening and printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Satin 310gsm, offered as part of a limited edition of 125, hand signed, numbered by the artist and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity.
