This piece is in overall fair condition. There could be minor paint flaws (I noticed part of the left side of the precinct's paint has rubbed off as pictured). I also repaired a portion of the railing in the front of the building. While I do not feel it is noticeable, I wanted to mention it. The sleeve and styrofoam might show signs of wear from storage.
