Handmade from 35yards this hi low design is made with three layers of soft purple Bridal tulle on top of black tulle, with added layer of black lace that has been gathered and serged to the fabric covered elastic cased waistband. The front of the skirt is made at 30" long, that back top layer is 30" and then two layers at your choice of length to create the bustle back from 30"-42". Please note Tulle is naturally see though, this item can still be slightly seen through in the right light. you may want an underskirt if you do not want it to be that way.(not included in the listing but can be found in our add ons)

unlike tied tulle tutus this is machine washable and can be dried in low heat.
