This is a rare and very collective COPPELIA teapot by Bing & Grondahl, designed by Henning Koppel in the 1970s. The large teapot has white speckled glaze and form number 656. So pretty and stylish!
The teapot is marked with the B&G logo underneath.
Henning Koppel (1918 - 1981) was a Danish artist and designer. Henning is most known for his work for Georg Jensen in the years after World War II. He also designed for Bing & Grøndahl, Holmegaard and Louis Poulsen. His work is very collectible and sought after today.
