When I rescued the Pandemia Family (dollhouse dolls/Furniture Models) at an estate sale in 2021 I discovered that all the furniture I had made (all to the 1:12 inch scale), were basically 1/8 to 1/4 inches too small or large! For some reason I've found the 1:12 inch scale is not always what the piece needs. So when I say the pieces are 1:12 inch scale, that is correct, unless that scale doesn't work then the piece is scaled to most any of the dollhouse dolls that you can buy. In the past I have built furniture (sold as a 1:12 inch scale) from a kit and one piece filled up the entire dollhouse room so that there was no room for any other furniture. All of my furniture fits nicely and scaled to any dollhouse room on a 1:12 inch scale. It also looks great in any curio cabinet.
