White, with royal blue cross stripes. With ribbon closure. Shorter than usual today, the people were even smaller back then. The distance between the strips is about 17 cm, the woven border is about 4.5 cm wide. Very rare, still well preserved fabric.
Can also be used as bed linen or as fabric for summer clothes, nightwear, curtains, table linen, pillows or as upholstery fabric....
The fabric is relatively thick for bed linen and woven in typical French weaving pattern. There is sometimes a dark woven thread and small thread attachment points, as usual with historical fabrics.
Used, the fabric is in the upper area, which was under the armpits, by use a little thinner than further down. Not flimsy, there are no worn out places. A cover has already been repaired at the bottom of the opening. The seams of the opening should be sewn to the right and left of the opening if the fabric is not separated.
As taken from the linen closet, with some storage dirt. Please wash before use.
Since I unfortunately do on sale not have the time to wash everything myself, I ask the buyer for understanding. Sale at a SPECIAL PRICE.
