This mala necklace is hand-knotted in silk with 8mm Lapis Lazuli and sandalwood beads, and features a clear crystal quartz center 1” pendant.

These beautiful mala beads can be used to set intentions or simply wear for positive energy and beauty.

For thousands of years malas have been used as a meditation tool. You can use the beads to count your mantra or count your breath while meditating. While on sale practicing yoga, place the necklace at the top of your mat to remind you of your intention and allow the mala to absorb the energy and focus on your movement.
