This fabulous and rare brooch was made by Elzac in the 1940's during WWII in the "Victim of Fashion" line. A painted ceramic head is adorned with a twisted lucite headdress and leather earrings. One of the earrings is missing and there are small amounts of paint missing from the eyebrows and lips. Overall, this is in on sale good condition considering its age.
