Used system comes with av cable, power cable, and original Microsoft controller and console. The pic on sale I used was of an audio cd as I did not have a regular Xbox game. I cannot confirm that it means that it will play Xbox games, but I have no reason to think it wouldn't. Looks like normal wear and tear cosmetically on the console.
