Violaceous Sunset, you can hear the waves rolling in this one of a kind coastal scene. Inspired by the West Michigan Coast, this wall hanging was designed, pieced and quilted by me. It is one on sale of a kind.
Each piece of fabric has been hand cut, machine pieced and then backed with heirloom batting. Free motion quilting gives the piece depth, machine embroidered botanicals add texture.

The finished size is 11”x12”. It is backed and edged in a black cotton. There is a sleeve on the back for easy hanging with a dowel. Or mat and frame for a gallery look.

This artwork will add serene beauty to any decor.

Made in my smoke and pet free home studio on Michigans West Coast.
