~Sola flowers are handmade from Balsa Wood and feel similar to thick or possibly a spongy paper. They are not fresh flowers. Natural variance happens with each flower, No two flowers are the same, Expect to see some natural holes or imperfections as these flowers are made from Nature.
~Sola wood is a natural product (Tapioca wood/Balsa wood) native to India. It is commonly referred to as sola or shola (in Bengali language) across the world. It grows wild in marsh areas and is one of the lightest known woods. The bark is used as a skin with the inner portion cork like center of the plant. That center is then made into thin sheets which are used to create the sola wood flowers by hand~No two flowers are the same, expect to see some natural hole or imperfections as these flowers are made from Nature.
