We do ship internationally, however we are not responsible for any additional fees to ship outside of Canada (i.e. custom fees). Any additional fees outside of shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

****SHIPPING ADDRESS****
All orders will be shipped to the address given on the invoice. Please ensure your address is correct during checkout. Once your shipping label is printed, you are unable to change your address and the package will be mailed to the address submitted. If it is delivered to the wrong address or undeliverable due to wrong or no address, the package will be reshipped only at the buyers cost. No refunds will be given due to an incorrect shipping address.

All orders within Canada include $100.00 insurance coverage, U.S bound deliveries include $50.00 insurance coverage and delivery confirmation.

****Refunds and Exchanges****
Due to the nature of our business we cannot offer refunds on any items. They are personalized and customized specifically for you and we would not be able to sell them to another customer. Please make sure your personalized description is exactly how you want it to appear on the items in the notes to seller section. We offer a 3 hour cancellation on orders after they have been placed because we begin production on the orders as quickly as possible. If you choose to message us to cancel your order after the 3 hour time frame, we will only be able to refund you the shipping costs for the order.
