LINDBERG RANSOM MONEY - Daily News, Sept. 20, on sale 1934 - Original Photo - Possibly only one in existence!

My Grandmother's cousin, Joe O'Neil is the third gentleman from the left viewing the Lindberg Ranson Money recovered from the infamous kidnapping of the Lindberg baby. Unfortunately, I don't know in what capacity he served in the case but he must've been important to get in the picture (and receive a copy). I also don't know how or why my Grandmother had this but she did and she passed it to me about 25 years ago. Anyway it's in a period 1930's frame as I received it and on the back she wrote "Cousin Joe O'Neil
3rd from on sale left"

Anyway, I checked and could not find ANY picture of the ransom money. And this is dated Sept. 20, 1934 and the money was found on the 19th...

In Excellent condition! Better than the picture shows, It's been in the dark in my closet for 25 years and an old suitcase for decades before that.
Ready to hang from the original ring hook.
