It has a crack on the upper left corner on the white bezel (as shown in the pictures). It has a small dent on the upper right corner ( shown in the picture). The screen is not cracked or scratched. It does on sale not include charging cable or charger. The ipad charges with no problem and holds the charge. Factory reset already done.
