Well-made dress, cowl neck will stay in place because of weight inside dress; dress gives the illusion of having pleats because of the material being wider at the bottom.
The mannequin's measurements are:
Bust: 34", 86cm; Waist: 24" 61cm; Hips: 34", 86cm; Shoulders: 16", 40cm; Shoulder to floor: 5ft, 150cm.
Dress is very loose on her; I estimate size 14UK/16UK.
