This is a gorgeous vintage box purse by Goldstrom Original. Extremely unique piece surrounded with gold metal strips and strips of off white vinyl. The top is made of lucite with a metal and vinyl strap. There are vinyl strips in shades on sale of beige & gold around the entire bag. The inside is lined with dark satin material with a small pocket. Minor vintage wear on the interior with some discoloration. The underside of the handbag appears almost like new with with a thick gold metal piece through center (Pic 5) with almost no scratches. There is a scratch on the inside of the lucite lid. (Pic 8) I call it a scratch because it can only be felt on the inside and does not go through to the top. Please look at photos closely. The metal latch is very sturdy. Measures approximately 7” t plus 4.25” with handle x 8.5” l x 3.5” W. Really HTF vintage bag for your 50s collection.
