This was an early Canadian curling club, founded Nov.26th 1853. The pin, I believe, is an anniversary piece, to commemorate the founding of the club.
Perhaps 100th anniversary?
It bears the thistle - Scotland's Good Luck on sale symbol
Measures 2" wide x 1 5/8" tall
Sterling marked on the back with enamel banner at the bottom
Roll over clasp on the back.
Very good condition, with nice patina
Weight is .7 oz. or 21 grams
