Portrait of Boy From on sale Laotian Hill Tribe Vintage Signed McGowan Unframed

A beautiful vintage portrait of a boy wearing a traditional headdress of one of the Laotian Hill Tribes or possibly Thailand. What looks like a beard is actually a chain hanging from his embroidered hat. The painting is signed McGowan in the lower right.

The top on sale right corner has some damage..
