This is an exquisite heirloom quality smocked bonnet. It is NWT, but was on display, so I did find several dusty on sale smudges. What I noticed wiped off easily with a damp cloth, but when photographing I noticed I missed several spots. It has a couple of areas on the piping, a a faint dusty lines on the back panel, and more on the ends of the straps (see photos.)
