{ORDER PROCESS}
• Please leave your monogram in the EXACT order you would like them engraved in the "note to seller" section when checking out. A traditional monogram is listed First, Last, Middle. Any questions we may have may delay completion of your order.
• The best way to eliminate any doubt is to leave us the name of the person with the monogram at check out as well as capitalize the center letter.

{DELIVERY}
• Your order will be completed within 3-5 business days and a tracking number will be provided upon shipping via etsy. Large orders could take 3-5 days to process.
• Shipping within the US generally takes 2-4 days. International shipping generally takes 10-14 days but is dependent upon your particular country's customs regulations.
