This pair of 1950s Selby heels are in a deep black suede. The beginning of Selby shoes was in 1877 on sale when it was founded as Irving, Drew & Company. The name was changed to The Selby Shoe Company in 1906. The company specialized in women's shoes and marketed the famous Arch Preserver brand. In 1927, Selby had become the eighth largest maker of shoes in the world. Selby shoes eventually closed its doors in 1957.
They are from the Arch Preserver line in a gorgeous vampy black suede with a bow detail.
The heel height is 7cm. Vi tage size 9 3A. Best suited for a narrow foot. The insole measures 26cm from the tip of the toe box to the heel.
