The dust jacket is in fairly good to good condition, with tearing, creasing, light discoloration, and shelf wear to the edges and corners. The jacket shows a price of $10.95. There is writing and a book plate on the first page. Otherwise, the pages are clean, and the binding is secure and in good to very good condition. The pull out map at the back of the book is intact and in very good condition. Would make a great gift for any Tolkien fan, or a wonderful addition to any book collection!
