Every one of these items were found inside of the game! The newspaper cover, was found in Joel's house while playing as Sarah. The Marlene Wanted Flyer, Stages of Infection Flyer, and the Fedra Warning Flyers were found in and around the Boston QZ area. The Traitors Flyer was found in Pittsburg. And the head x-rays of an infected, were both found at UEC.

All items are printed on a on sale glossy paper (including the newspaper cover), in various sizes. The Marlene Wanted Poster, and the 3 Fedra Posters, are all 11" tall, with slightly variating widths. The X-Rays, are slightly smaller, at about 9.5" tall. The newspaper cover is 11" wide, and is printed on 17" long paper. The bottom area of the cover however, has no text, since in the game the cover was folded in half, and we never saw the bottom half. I left the paper long so you can fold it in half as well for the same look as in the game, or you can cut the bottom part off if you prefer.
