Black and on sale Blue Tricorn

This hat is a flamboyant black on sale and royal blue one with some pretty silver trim. The hat itself is felt, approximately 57 cm interior circumference. The ostrich plumage is black and royal blue, with a matching royal blue chiffon drape down the back. The silver trim is paired with some matching silver skeleton mermaids.
