Skeletor Complete Condition is used. Skeletor is in great condition overall. Leg rubber band is new and tight and the figure stands easily. Waist action does not work, it will not snap back at all when turned at the waist. This is a soft head Taiwan figure. Figure and all accessories are stamped Taiwan. Face paint is near perfect. There is minor paint wear on the tips of the toes. There are a few spots and imperfections on the blue plastic, and some discoloration of the glue at the seams on on sale the sides and shoulders. The chest and waist armor have some wear at the ends of the straps, and the right clasp on the chest armor where the strap slides through is broken at one spot. The havoc staff accessory is in great condition. The sword is in fantastic condition as well, the thin part is not broken and there is little to no scuffing.
