[[ How do I book? ]]

Use Etsy Conversations to on sale send me a selection of High Quality photographs. Feel free to mix and match so that we can discuss a variety of options. Pictures taken outside in natural light are ideal - however with a pet who is no longer with us I respect that we don't have the option to take more photos.

In this conversation I will advise you on the suitability of your photograph(s) and we can agree on those small details that make up the design process.

If you are sending professional photographs please ensure you have written permission from the original photographer.



[[ Drafting, Proofing & Approval ]]

You will receive a digital proof of the portrait prior to shipping. At this stage you have up to 3 opportunities to edit the portrait to ensure it is picture perfect. Edits are not always necessary but are welcome to include colour changes, minor tweaks or the addition/removal of collars et cetera.

This is not always necessary nor prerequisite - but an opportunity to ensure you artwork is perfectly perfect.



[[ Turnaround & Wait Times ]]

Availability can vary from one week to many months depending on the time of year. I endeavour to complete work within 3 - 4 weeks or less, but please ensure you advise me of any necessary information in our Etsy Conversation - for example a birthday or occasion you wish this portrait to be ready by.

Portraits are non - refundable. Please refer to the approval section to ensure you receive the artwork you love.

The print(s) will be posted second class recorded with Royal Mail or via courier and packaged with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
