Once you place your order, please Etsy message any pictures that best represent the image of your home that you would like painted. If you would like any additions to your painting such as a winter scene rather than a summer scene, or your address or personal message on the painting please include this in your message. Once I receive on sale your message, I will reply with any further questions or confirmations.

Standard size is 8x10 inches for ease of framing and shipping, and painted on high quality cold pressed watercolour paper.

Packed with love and care inside a protective sleeve with backing and shipped flat in a cardboard envelope.
