Vintage Mexican Tin Shrine Shadowbox on sale Wall Hanging with Madonna Print and Tissue Paper Flowers, Altar Art, Catholic Gifts, Religious Folk Art

This Mexican folk art shrine or "nicho" is made of metal tin that has tarnished with age, the hinged door with real glass, made to hang on the wall. The image pictured inside is a simple yet still-vibrant print of Madonna, three angels at her feet. This is not an antique shrine and print; it is only about 30 years old. Maybe it is a little older, as th tin part looks like it has age. Someone could have added in the flowers and print later. The print does not go all the way to the top. The flowers at the top are sparse in comparison to the bulk on the sides and bottom, maybe by design. It is very charming.

The entire nicho measures 6-3/4" across by about 11-3/4" tall " tall, and the box itself is about 5" by 7". Weighs 8.5 ounces. Some bends and scratches in the tin. Otherwise in great conditon, with the print and flowers in good shape.
